Age of teeth is approximate, usually based upon the formation that the teeth are discovered in. All of the above teeth were discovered in the Hawthorne Formation in South Carolina, unless indicated otherwise. They are all at least 1.6 million years old and probably up to 6 million. Scientists have reasoned that the Megalodon must have been 60 feet long.

We enjoy hearing from other collectors. If you have a tooth that you want to sell, please email us and we will make you an offer. We are always interested in purchasing large shark teeth that are in good or excellent condition.
